Common terminology of eliminating

Alkaptonuria - A rare hereditary disorder characterized by excessive secretion of homogentistic acid in the urine
Anuria - Absence of or failure to produce urine
Catheter - A slender, hollow tube of varying lengths, bores (diameters) and shapes that is inserted into a bodily structure; in the case of a urinary catheter the structure is the bladder
Constipation - Infrequent and often difficult evacuation of faeces or the passage of hard stools less frequently than the client’s own normal pattern
Continence - The ability to retain bodily excrement, that is, urine and faeces, until such time as is appropriate to eliminate them
Cystitis - Inflammation of the bladder
Diaphoresis - Perspiration, particularly if excessive
Defecation - The discharge of waste products from the rectum
Diarrhoea - Loose and sometimes watery, frequent evacuation of stools, with or without discomfort
Dysuria - Difficulty passing urine
Eclampsia - A severe form of toxaemia, which occurs in pregnancy and can lead to convulsions, coma and death
Frequency - The felt need to pass urine more often than normal
Haemorrhoids - Protruding vein in the rectal area
Homeostasis - The automated self-regulation of humans to maintain the normal state of the body under a variety of conditions
Incontinence - Inability to resist the urge to urinate or defecate
Indole - A product of intestinal putrefaction
Meatus - The external opening of the urethra
Meleana - Black, tarry stools as a result of digesting blood
Menstruation - The periodic shedding of blood, secretions and cells from the uterus of a non-pregnant, fertile woman, lasting 4–5 days, this usually occurs in cycles of approximately 28 days and is influenced by the excretion of oestrogen and progesterone
Micturition - The act of passing urine
Motion - A term sometimes used for a bowel movement
Myoglobin - Muscle protein that transports oxygen
Nocturia - Excessive passing of urine in the night
Skatole - A strong-smelling nitrogen compound in human faeces
Steatorrhoea - Pale, bulky, fatty stools
Stoma - An artificial opening established surgically between an organ and the exterior
Stool - Another term sometimes used for a bowel movement
Suprapubic - Situated above the pubic bone
Urethritis - Inflammation of the urethra
Urgency - A sudden strong desire to pass urine
Urinate - To discharge urine from the body
Voiding - urine Emptying the bladder
